Android payments are processed by Google Play. To locate a purchase, send only the order identifier shown by Google Play. Never send a full card number, password, or verification code.
Eligible refunds and cancellations follow the store’s rules. Deleting an account does not automatically issue a refund or replace cancellation of a subscription if that model is offered in the future.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy or go directly to Delete account and data. Do not include intimate information that is unnecessary to identify the request.
Security
Bots Smart Systems will never ask for your Google password, authentication code, biometric data, or full payment details. Suspicious messages may be forwarded to support for verification.
