How to request deletion
- Use the button below to open your email app.
- Enter the email address used for your Sussurra account.
- Whenever possible, send the message from the address linked to the account so we can verify ownership.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, biometric data, or full payment information. We may request only the minimum information needed to confirm account ownership.
What will be deleted
- account record, user identifier, and active sessions;
- synchronized reading and playback progress;
- format preferences and account-linked responses;
- optional analytics still associated with the account;
- other personal data with no lawful reason for retention.
What may be retained
Minimum transaction, refund, fraud, security, or support records may be retained when required to comply with law or exercise legal rights. This data is restricted from other uses and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Google Play purchases
Deleting your account does not erase records held by Google, cancel a Google Play subscription, or automatically issue a refund. Manage payments through the Google account used for the purchase. After deletion, Sussurra may no longer be able to recover synchronized access to seasons.
